Delete your Reptriq account

Reptriq provides an in-app process for permanently deleting your account and associated identifiable Reptriq account and workout data.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to Reptriq, open the account/settings area and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app or your account, email support@reptriq.com from the email address associated with your Reptriq account and state that you want your Reptriq account deleted. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to your account before processing it.

What is deleted

The deletion process removes the Reptriq authentication account and associated identifiable Reptriq account and workout data covered by the deletion process. Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or record-keeping purposes. Information held independently by an app store is subject to that provider's own retention practices.

Subscriptions

Important: deleting your Reptriq account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription through the app-store account used to purchase it.
