Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use Reptriq, our strength-training workout tracking application.
1. Controller and contact details
BC Digital Ventures Ltd (company number 17487376) operates Reptriq and is the controller of personal information processed through the service.

2. Information we process
- Email address for account creation, authentication and administration.
- User/account ID to associate your account with your data and subscription access.
- Fitness and workout information, including exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, workout history, timestamps, duration, drop-set/superset information and progress information calculated from your training records.
- Age-verification status recording whether you have confirmed that you are 18 or over. We do not store your full date of birth for this purpose.
- Subscription and purchase-related information, such as subscription status, entitlement and product/purchase information needed to provide paid access. Reptriq does not collect your payment-card details.
- Technical and performance information, including limited app, device, network and performance information processed through services used to monitor reliability and technical performance.
Reptriq does not use your information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not collect precise location, phone contacts or medical/clinical records as part of Reptriq's core functionality.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to create and authenticate accounts; provide workout logging, history and progress features; verify age eligibility; determine subscription access and restore eligible purchases; maintain security and service reliability; troubleshoot technical issues; respond to support and privacy requests; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, we process account, workout and subscription-access information where necessary to perform our contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into that contract. We may rely on legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, service reliability, performance monitoring and support where those interests are not overridden by your rights, and on legal obligation where applicable.
5. Service providers and app stores
- Google Firebase — account authentication, cloud database infrastructure and performance monitoring.
- RevenueCat — subscription entitlement and purchase/subscription-status management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — where applicable, app distribution, subscription purchasing, billing and store-account purchase management.
These organisations may process information under their own terms and privacy arrangements as well as, where applicable, on our behalf. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Google.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use or rely on appropriate mechanisms such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, as applicable.
7. Retention
Account and workout information is generally retained while your Reptriq account remains active. When an account is deleted, Reptriq's active account and associated identifiable workout data are deleted through our account-deletion process, subject to limited information that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or record-keeping purposes. Information held independently by an app store or other provider is subject to that provider's own retention practices.
8. Account and data deletion
You can delete your Reptriq account from within the app. The in-app process deletes the Reptriq authentication account and associated identifiable Reptriq account and workout data covered by the deletion process.
You can also use our Delete Account page or email support@reptriq.com.
Deleting your Reptriq account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through the relevant app-store account.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, and data portability. To exercise a right, contact support@reptriq.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Users under 18
Reptriq is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit accounts for users under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close it and delete associated personal information, subject to any information we are required to retain by law.
11. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, including authenticated access and database access controls. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when Reptriq's functionality, service providers, legal requirements or data practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
