Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Reptriq, a strength-training workout tracking application operated by BC Digital Ventures Ltd (company number 17487376). By creating or using a Reptriq account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use Reptriq

Reptriq is intended only for users aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 to create or use an account and must keep your sign-in credentials secure.

2. What Reptriq provides

Reptriq provides tools for recording strength-training workouts, including exercises, sets, repetitions and weight, and for reviewing workout history and progress information. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Fitness and health disclaimer

Reptriq is a workout-recording and progress-tracking tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or personalised medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Exercise carries inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or training programme is appropriate for you, using equipment safely and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

4. Subscription and free trial

Reptriq is offered as a subscription service. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day introductory free trial, followed by an auto-renewing monthly subscription at £4.99 per month in the United Kingdom or the price displayed in your local app-store storefront.

The applicable trial, price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Trial eligibility is determined in accordance with the relevant app-store platform and offer configuration.

5. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by the relevant platform under the terms associated with your store account. Unless cancelled, an auto-renewing subscription renews at the recurring price shown in the relevant storefront or purchase flow. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Cancelling or managing a subscription

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the subscription settings for the app-store account through which you purchased it. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges; access may continue until the end of your current entitlement period, subject to platform terms and consumer law.

Deleting your Reptriq account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. If you do not want it to renew, you must also cancel it through the relevant app store.

7. Restore purchases

Where supported by the relevant platform, Reptriq provides a way to restore eligible subscription purchases associated with your app-store account.

8. Account and data deletion

You can delete your Reptriq account from within the app. You can also view instructions or request deletion through our Delete Account page. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Reptriq, interfere with its security or operation, access another user's account or data, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, use Reptriq unlawfully, or use automated means to abuse or overload the service.

10. Intellectual property

Reptriq, its branding, software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of those rights to you. Applicable app-store end-user licence terms also apply.

11. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid subscription, we will comply with applicable platform requirements and consumer law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Reptriq or other users, respond to misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms, taking applicable consumer rights into account.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory rights, Reptriq is a workout-tracking tool and you remain responsible for your training decisions, exercise technique and use of gym equipment. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Reptriq handles personal information.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Reptriq develops or where legal, regulatory or operational requirements change. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes where required.

16. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that consumers living elsewhere may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
